1. The renter shall be responsible for the contents of the apartment and must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any damages shall be paid to the proprietor.

2. Pets are not accepted.

3. The proprietor shall not be responsible for personal injury or damage to any property.

4. On arrival, the apartment shall not be available until 16.00 unless otherwise agreed.

5. All apartments must be vacated by 09.30.

6. The proprietor will immediately re-take possession of the apartment if any member of the party acts in a manner, which in the opinion of the proprietor is prejudicial to the comfort of other guests or the proprietor.

7. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival. A cancellation charge of 50% is made to bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival. The renter must be over 21 years of age.

8. We do not accept groups of young people. Any group bookings must be made direct with the owner and will only be accepted on this basis.

9. In the event of cancellation by the renter for whatever reason, the renter will be responsible for the full amount of the booking.  All cancellations must be notified by email. Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.

10. Car parking is provided free of charge and is one car per apartment and done at owners risk. Any vans or minibuses only accepted with prior agreement at time of booking.

11. Clydesdale is a non-smoking property.

12. Electric is inclusive of quoted prices. No coin meters.
