Terms & Conditions

1. The apartment shall only be used by the persons named on the booking form.

2. The renter shall be responsible for the contents of the apartment and must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any damages shall be paid to the proprietor.

3. Pets are by arrangement only.

4. The proprietor shall not be responsible for personal injury or damage to any property.

5. On arrival, the apartment shall not be available until 16.00 unless otherwise agreed.

6. All apartments must be vacated by 09.30.

7. The proprietor will immediately re-take possession of the apartment if any member of the party acts in a manner, which in the opinion of the proprietor is prejudicial to the comfort of other guests or the proprietor.

8. A DEPOSIT of 25% is required on booking, the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable should the renter have cause to cancel. The booking is only complete when the renter receives our official notification. The renter must be over 21 years of age.

9. In the event of cancellation by the renter for whatever reason, the renter will be responsible for the full amount of the booking. We shall however do our best to re-let the apartment when we would then refund money recieved minus the deposit. All cancellations must be notified by recorded delivery. Holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.

10. Car parking is provided free of charge and is one car per apartment and done at owners risk.

11. Clydesdale is a non-smoking property.

12. Electric is provided by a meter.
