Booking Conditions

1. The accommodation and grounds shall be used ONLY by the persons whose names appear on the Booking Form.

2. The hirer will be responsible for the contents of the Apartment in his/her possession and must leave everything in a clean and tidy condition on departure. Any loss or damage to the Apartment or contents is chargeable to the hirer.

3. Pets by arrangement ONLY. There is a small charge of £10.00 per pet per week.

4. The Proprietor shall not be liable to any person for personal injury or loss or damage to any property however caused or sustained

5. ARRIVAL. In order that your accommodation is in good order, we ask that you do not expect to move in before 4.00pm.

6. DEPARTURE. In order that we can maintain a high standard of cleanliness, we ask you to vacate by 9.30am.

7. The Proprietor will immediately re-take possession of the apartment if any member of the party acts in a manner which, in the opinion of the Proprietor, is prejudicial to the comfort and well-being of the Proprietor or other guests. 

8.A DEPOSIT of 25% is required on booking the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. This deposit is non-refundable in circumstances where the hirer has cause to cancel. The booking is only complete when the hirer receives our official confirmation. The hirer must be 21 years of age or over.

9. In the event of cancellation by the hirer, for whatever reason, the hirer maybe held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let, in which case up to the whole monies received may be refunded, less the deposit. All cancellation must be notified by recorded delivery. Holiday cancellation Insurance is highly recommended and forms will be sent with your deposit confirmation.

10. CAR PARKING is provided free of charge, for one car per apartment, at owner’s risk

11. Clydesdale is a NON SMOKING. establishment.

 Wi Fi. Cot & High chair, Vacume, Iron, Iron board are available free of charge.

Electricity is provided through a meter.
